Flesh tone mixtures

1. Titanium White or gouache White
2. Cadmium Red Light
3. Cadmium Yellow Medium
4. Yellow Ochre
5. Burnt Sienna
6. Burnt Umber
7. Ultramarine Blue

light flesh tones
1, 2, 3, 5
Medium Flesh tones
2, 3, 4, 5
Dark flesh tones
2, 5, 6, 7

Darker tones add touch Paynes Grey or Burnt Umber

I generally glaze primary transparent staining colors. Works well for me!! Or I paint the background first and then use those pigments to mix a neutral. Good for color harmony!!
