Looking for moderators!

Hi Watercolorists!

Since some of us cannot be very active anymore, we are looking for new person who would be willing to join our team.

How does our work look like?

Weekly, we accept about 20 members and 100 deviations. It's not that often we decline works - only about 10% of all submissions are against the rules, and usually we allow to resubmit after the requirements are met.
Once a month we throw the Best Of feature, showing 10 works that captivated us in past month. Also somewhere halfway-through the month we put a new discussion poll to share thoughts with our members.
We are open for new ideas.

What do we expect of our future colleagues?

1. Communicative English skills (obviously),
2. 10-20 minutes a day to resolve submissions and assign them to proper folders, accept and welcome new members,
3. Basic knowledge about watercolor will be much appreciated. No super skills in watercolor painting are required - just ability to tell a watercolor from other media.
